Rent: 11 000 per month

In addition to the rent, the tenant must arrange their own internet subscription and any TV subscription.
Electricity is paid in advance as an on-account payment of NOK 1 500 (kr. 1 500,-) each month and is settled approx. every 6-12 months. There is no separate sub-meter. The tenant covers 75% of total electricity consumption. The landlord covers 25% of electricity consumption.

The rent is adjusted annually in line with changes in the consumer price index, cf. section 4-2 of the Tenancy Act (husleieloven).

Prospective tenants will be credit-checked and their references checked.

The tenancy is for an indefinite period. The tenancy continues until terminated by either party. The notice period for this tenancy is 3 months for both parties. The period runs from the first day of the month following receipt of the notice.

The landlord plans to put the property on the market in the near future, and will either sell it or eventually use it themselves. This is valid grounds for termination.

The rental property has been used as the landlord's own home and is let during a temporary absence of up to 5 years, cf. section 11-4, which limits the tenant's rights under the Tenancy Act (husleieloven).
