This privacy policy explains how Sne Utleie AS collects and uses information about visitors to our website. It contains the information you are entitled to when data is collected through the website, and general information about how we process personal data.

Sne Utleie AS (org. no. 921 542 186) is the data controller. Providing personal data is voluntary. The legal basis is the consent of the individual unless otherwise stated.

When you send a form we process your name, phone number, email address and, where given, the address of the rental property and your message. The data is used to respond to your enquiry and give you a quote.

You may withdraw your consent at any time. The data is kept for up to two years unless you withdraw consent earlier.

Forms are sent by email through an email delivery processor. Sne Utleie AS does not share your information with anyone else.

This website does not use cookies for tracking or marketing. A one-pixel technical image anonymously records that a page has been opened, without cookies.

The web server logs IP address, time and requested address for a short period for operations and security.

Property photos are from the listings of Sne Utleie. The videos of Tromsø are royalty-free footage from Pexels and do not show any of the homes we let.

You have the right to access, correct and delete the personal data we hold about you, and the right to complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet). Contact us at post@sneutleie.no.
