Lease term and notice
The tenancy is a long-term tenancy for an indefinite period. The tenancy continues until terminated by either party. The notice period for this tenancy is three months for both parties. The period runs from the first day of the month following receipt of the notice.
The tenancy has a lock-in period of 9 months from the date of handover, with 3 months' notice thereafter (minimum 12 months).
A sale of the flat is being considered in the longer term. A sale is valid grounds for termination.
