The flat is on the first floor of the building, with an open-plan living room and kitchen, a mezzanine furnished with a bed and seating area, and a bathroom with a washing machine. There is ample storage in an outdoor storage room on the lower floor of the building, shared with the landlord. The flat is let fully furnished, including quality furniture from Bolia.

TV subscription and internet are included in the rent.
The tenant arranges their own electricity subscription.

Pets and smoking are not permitted.
A 3-month deposit and good references are required.

This studio flat is in one of the city centre's charming backyards. Outside the building there is a lawn and decking with benches and a bike rack for 6 bicycles. The flat is right next to the new Vervet district with a bakery and restaurants, and close to public transport that takes you to every corner of Tromsø, including UiT/UNN and Jekta. It is only a few minutes' walk to the city centre and all its amenities.

Rent: 11 500 per month

Included in the rent are internet and a TV subscription.
In addition to the rent, the tenant must arrange their own electricity subscription.

The rent is adjusted annually in line with changes in the consumer price index, cf. section 4-2 of the Tenancy Act (husleieloven).

Prospective tenants will be credit-checked and their references checked.

The tenancy is a long-term tenancy for an indefinite period. The tenancy continues until terminated by either party. The notice period for this tenancy is three months for both parties. The period runs from the first day of the month following receipt of the notice.

The tenancy has a lock-in period of 6 months from the date of handover, with 3 months' notice thereafter (minimum 9 months).

The rental property has been used as the landlord's own home and is let during a temporary absence of up to 5 years, cf. section 11-4, which limits the tenant's rights under the Tenancy Act (husleieloven).
